Covid-19 Vaccine will be given every Thursdays at Eden Medical Centre from 25^th March 2021 between 10 AM and 2 PM on payment of Rs.250/- per vaccine.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. All Frontline & Health Care Workers
2. All elderly citizens above 60 yrs of age as on January 2022
3. People between 45 and 59 yrs of age with co-morbidities

Note:

1. All individuals will need to carry a valid ID card such as Aadhar Card, Voters’ ID Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Drivers’ License or Bank Pass Book
2. You will be kept under observation for half an hour after the vaccine is administered to observe for any adverse reactions
3. Please do not come on empty stomach for vaccination
