INFORMATION

Covid-19 Vaccine will be given every TUESDAYS, THURSDAYS, SATURDAYS at Eden Medical Centre between 9 AM and 12 PM on payment of Rs.270/- per vaccine.

Eligibility Criteria:

1. All pre-registered Frontline & Health Care Workers to receive their 2^nd Dose
2. All individuals above 45 yrs of age as on January 2022

Note:

1. All individuals will need to carry a valid ID card such as Aadhar Card, Voters’ ID Card, PAN Card, Ration Card, Drivers’ License or Bank Pass Book
2. You will be kept under observation for half an hour after the vaccine is administered to observe for any adverse reactions
3. Please do not come on empty stomach for vaccination
4. To avoid long waiting period, you may pre-register with us by providing a valid ID Card in person or via WhatsApp on any working day (except Sundays) to Mr. Limatoshi Jamir between 9:30 AM & 4 PM @ 9856492954/7005619205
